Walking: about 15 – 20 minutes (following the path to the Ehrenberg Castle)
Ehrenberg Liner: with the elevator (only with ticket)
There are many parking lots in the area of the Ehrenberg Castle Ensemble (parking fee 5€ per day). From there on, you can walk by foot or use the Ehrenberg Liner to get to our starting platform.
You can buy your ticket only at the starting platform of the DragonFly or in the ticket center of the Burgenwelt Ehrenberg.

The weather (nearly) doesn’t matter, you can fly with our DragonFly (nearly) at all times.
Except: very strong wind and thunderstorms. In case of very strong wind or thunderstorms, we ask you to be patient – as soon as the wind dies down or the thunderstorm is over, you can still enjoy your flight.
Please wear sporty and (depending on the season) warm clothing. You must wear sturdy shoes (no sandals, no flip-flops, no trekking sandals and no open shoes!).
Please note: Items hanging away from the body, such as scarves, ribbons, loose belts, loose jackets or sweaters and bags may not be taken on the trip or must be stowed safely in a backpack.

Maximum weight for wheelchair users (including clothing): 110 kg; maximum weight for the wheelchair: 20 kg.
The user must have sufficient upper body strength to hold onto the hand loops. Secure fastening in the seat belt must be ensured: leg and arm straps must be fastened.
We can currently only transport manual wheelchairs. Please come without an electric wheelchair. We are already working on a solution for all types of wheelchairs. Maximum weight: 20kg
You can access our zipline easily and wheelchair friendly by using the elevator Ehrenberg Liner. The paths to our DragonFly are paved. However, the last section is quite steep (15%), so you need to have someone to secure you
Everyone is subject to a weight limit of 30 – 110 kg (without wheelchair). The wheelchair will be transported separately and must nod exceed 20kg.

Important: The group rate can only be granted if all tickets are purchased together by one person.
The 20+1 rule applies to groups, i.e. you receive one free ticket for every 20 paying persons. The bus driver/tour guide also receives a free ticket.
